1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a product return within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, complying with Mexico local consumer practice.

To qualify for return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all accessories.
Valid order information or purchase proof shall be provided when submitting return request.

2. Non‑returnable Items
